 FAQ -- Q: I have just placed my order, how long will it take before my jacket is ready? A: Usual turnaround time is 4-6 weeks, Once your payment is received, and we have your school letter, or any other patches that you need to send to us. There are times when we will get a jacket to you sooner than the normal turnaround time, so this is also a possibility. Q: What if I need to order a jacket that is not listed in the packages you offer? A: We offer blank, plain jackets, with no personalizations (embroidery, patches etc.) in the colors and styles you need. Check the website for blank jackets for sale. Email us your inquiry, or give us a call. Q: I have a custom logo or graphic I'd like to add to the back or front of my jacket. Can you do this? A: Yes. You can e-mail or fax us a scan or copy of your logo, graphic, image, in a variety of formats. We will then be able to accurately give you a price quote based on size, and complexity of the image we need to digitize for embroidery. |
